For clarification, AMOS Taiyo Chemical makes the automatic tables and sells them through World Shopping. We work with AMOS Taiyo Chemical by being in charge of maintenance and customer support. Automatic tables bought through World Shopping will be a private import. Please read FAQ regarding questions about fees, taxes, and international shipping. Warranty will apply for one year after you have registered. During the warranty period, if any defect or need to replace parts, parts will be provided for free. However, due to the increasing international shipping fee, customers will need to pay for shipping costs. After the warranty period, or if you have purchased from another party (used from another individual or from an AMOS distributor in Japan) we will still take care of your needs with a fee.

The serial number on table is here. You can find the same serial number on the box. After you have received shipping, please check that both serial numbers are matching. If it's correct, please send this number with your name via e-mail to info@mjstars.net
